Sow indoors at least 10-12 weeks before the last frost and harden off before planting out, so that it has time to flower in the first year.
Place in a bright and cool place after germination.
Light germination, can be lightly covered with Vermiculite.
Direct sowing is not recommended.

Harvest when 2-3 of the lower buds on a stem are open.
