These terms of purchase apply to you as a customer when purchasing seeds and related products via Daysingray.se. By making a purchase, you accept these terms of purchase.
Delivery terms
We deliver within Sweden and most countries in Europe. (Within EU countries only applies to private individuals)
You can order seeds and accessories from us all year round!
We usually send your order after 3-5 working days from us, the time with transport is not included in the delivery time.
The current delivery time is stated on the order confirmation/Receipt.
During the high season between October and March, the delivery time is usually longer and is usually stated on the first page of the seed shop. In order to deliver as quickly as possible, during peak season, we kindly inform you that we are not able to check the delivery status of orders until these specified delivery days have passed.
We ship orders with DHL or Postnord depending on the package. We do not take financial responsibility for any delays depending on the shipping company.
The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact information, and the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs if the address is entered incorrectly.
If you have ordered and do not collect your shipment before it is returned to us, we will charge you 150 SEK for our work with handling the goods.
Before delivery, an email is always sent out with information that your order is being packed and ready for delivery. Orders are usually sent from us 1-3 days after the email is sent. If it has been more than 14 days since you received your email, but for some reason you have not received your package, please contact us via our contact form.
If more than 30 days have passed since you received your delivery email, and you have not contacted us within these 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer any compensation for goods that have not arrived for some unclear reason.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of defects such as price errors or if the product is sold out.

Other accessories within Sweden: from 49 SEK-119 SEK
The total shipping fee is reported at checkout. For order values exceeding 2000 SEK, we will offer the shipping cost.
Guarantee
We guarantee that the seeds are of good quality upon delivery and that they meet the germination requirements stated on the seed bag, however, variations in germination may occur under adverse environmental conditions. The guarantee does not cover poor germination or cultivation results that are due to the customer's handling or storage. The guarantee only applies if the seeds have been stored and sown according to our recommendations. Please note that seeds are best stored in a dark, dry and cool place. We do not guarantee specific cultivation results.
Right of withdrawal
We follow the Distance Contracts Act according to the recommendations of the Swedish Consumer Agency. According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to return ordered faultless goods without giving any reason. Notification of this must be given as soon as possible, but no later than fourteen (14) days from the date the goods were received.

For these goods, the purchase is binding and that the right of withdrawal or return cannot be exercised, in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act, Chapter 2, Section 11, paragraphs 4-5.
If a product is subject to an exception, this is clearly stated in the product information on the respective product page.
There is always a guarantee on the products you buy (1 year). If you can prove that there is a manufacturing defect in the product, you will always receive new ones, however, the guarantee does not apply to wear and tear.
The customer pays the return shipping costs themselves when returning (not a complaint) and is responsible for risks during the transport back to us. Refunds are made when the goods are returned to us in the same condition as when we delivered them.
Complaints (seeds and other products)
When purchasing from private individuals, the Consumer Purchase Act applies. You as a customer have the legal right to complain about a product within three years from the date of purchase, provided that the defect is original and was there upon delivery.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time from the discovery of the defect. In order to be able to handle a complaint, the customer must provide documentation that proves the defect.
Defects relating to the quantity of contents, packaging or visible defects must be complained about upon receipt and no later than 14 days. After this time, the product is assumed to have been received in acceptable condition.
If a complaint is approved, we are responsible for the return shipping and will remedy the defect with a new product, price reduction or refund, depending on the extent of the defect.
The right of complaint does not apply to defects that have arisen due to incorrect handling, storage or external circumstances.
The Consumer Purchase Act does not apply if you as a buyer are a business owner.
If you discover damage to the package, you must immediately report this to the post office or other carrier and file a damage report. If the damage is of a nature that can be attributed to the handling of the post office or the transport company, you should contact them and file a claim. If any dispute with the post office or the transport company cannot be resolved, please contact us via our contact form.
