Bupleurum longifolium "Bronze Beauty"

Bupleurum longifolium is a short-lived perennial that is most often grown in Sweden as an annual, compared to the more fast-growing annual species Bupleurum rotundifolium.

Sow superficially, preferably with a thin layer of vermiculite. Keep the seeds warm (around +18 to +22 °C) and moist for the first 2–4 weeks. Then stratify (cold treat) outdoors or in a refrigerator (between –4 and +4 °C) for another 4–6 weeks, then return to warmth, preferably 5-12°C for germination.
