Also known as "Love -in-a-puff" from its lovely seeds with a heart shaped on them.

Sow indoors 8 to 10 weeks before planting out and risk of frost is over.
Love-in-a-puff is very sensitive to cold, please wait until the weather has warmed up to plant out.

Harvest stems/vines when they have small green "balloons"
For better vase life, harvest during the coolest time of day.
