Amaranthus hypochondraicus "Green Thumb"

Sow indoors 4-6 weeks before the last frost and plant out after the risk of frost has passed.
Amaranth can also be sown directly in the garden when all risk of frost has passed.

Feel free to top the Amaranth when the plant is 20-25cm tall to encourage branching.

Perfect as a cut for both fresh and dried bouquets.
