Verbascum x hybrida "Southern Charm"

Unusual and beautiful Verbascum with shades of pink, purple and apricot.

Can be sown indoors during January to March, 6 to 8 weeks before planting outdoors.
Plant in deeper pots.
Cover only with a thin layer of soil or Vermiculite, light germinating.

After germination, allow the soil to dry out between waterings.
Harden off before planting out after the last frost.

Can also be sown directly in the garden in the fall about 2 months before the first frost is expected, for flowering the following year.

To encourage the plant to bloom again or to extend the flowering season, cut off the middle stem after the first bloom, at the point just above the side shoots.
