Group 2: Starts flowering from early spring to summer

A stunningly beautiful Lisianthus with double flowers abundantly filled with slightly fringed petals.

Sow indoors about 12-13 weeks before planting out and the risk of frost is over.
Light-germination, can be covered lightly with Vermiculite to maintain a more even humidity.
Keep the seedbed moderately moist, not too wet but not too dry.

Lisianthus thrives in warm conditions, therefore it is recommended to grow them in greenhouses. They like well-drained soil with lots of organic matter.
A challenge to grow, as they take time, so be patient!

Be gentle with its delicate roots when transplanting and take care that they do not become root-bound.
The plants need support, such as a net support.

Harvest when one or more of the flowers on a stem have started to open.
