Vermiculite is a natural mineral that effectively binds both water and nutrients and while it keeps the soil moist, it also prevents leaching of added nutrients.
It keeps the soil evenly moist and creates an airy, oxygen-rich environment where roots develop optimally. Perfect for sowing seeds, as a cover layer for light-germinating seeds, cuttings or as we use it, to mix into the soil for soil blocking, as our Vermiculite is specially selected in size to function optimally for soil blocking.
